The staff (specially Raquel) was very nice to us, the rooms was clean, big and the whole building was very nice! The neighborhood is not as dangerous as people say, we walked at night in the harbor and around the hotel, and it was just like a normal city.

All the staff were so nice, the room was clean and spacious. A great breakfast and the on site restaurant was reasonable and served good food.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly & amazing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. We originally booked the hotel for two nights. We were having just a great time that we booked another night.

The staff was soo nice and the room was very clean and had just what me and my fiance needed to enjoy our anniversary stay we love the service and will be back next year to do it again

I had an excellent stay at SpringHill Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what really made my stay special was the outstanding service from the staff, especially Romey at the reception. Romey was extremely welcoming, professional, polite, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. He was always approachable, patient, friendly, and happy to assist with any questions or requests. His hospitality and positive attitude made me feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. It is always great to meet someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service. Romey is definitely a great representative of Marriott and made a very positive impression on my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to Romey for his exceptional hospitality!

The Filipino staff assigned at the reception was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. It was a superb stay. Will definitely book again in the future
