- very clean and good standard - friendly staff - big room with a very comfy bed - good price - check in an hour earlier wasn't a problem at all - bus stop at the hotel 7 dollar day pass

The interior design is very cool. The staff was friendly and helpful. An artistic, modern and an exciting property. A classy way of bringing the past artifacts of the original use of the building to its present design and use.

Staff was absolutely amazing and we're also very accommodating. Our room was clean and exceeded expectations for its supreme price point. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a clean place to stay without extra frills.

Our room was VERY clean and the staff was wonderful. Parking was super easy to access and the hotel is in perfect walking distance to shops, stage AE and restaurants. Will likely be back again, they made our stay after a long travel day from Maine.. wonderful!

Its very clean and breakfast has a lot of options

Perfect location. So clean and comfortable beds

Location. There really is no need to stay anywhere else.

Clean, tidy, comfortable bed, pleasant bed linen. fridge

The staff was tremendously friendly. I have an issue with water not draining in the shower and it was taken care of promptly. Having breakfast and dinner included was a bonus. EXCELLENT location.

I liked everything was close to where I needed to be had a pool for the kids!

Great location and staff. Also, the tools were clean and spacious!

Everything was excellent. Great location, centrally located to pretty much everything. Beds were comfy, hot buffet breakfast was solid especially since it was included and free parking.

Such a beautiful building and lovely helpful staff!

The front desk staff was nothing short of amazing! The room was spacious, updated, and extremely clean. The hotel also had a bar/restaurant which was wonderful!

The chef in the restaurant is the best we encountered on our whole trip. The food was exceptional.

The location was great...Loved that there was so much space in the room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good along with happy hour.

The property is well maintained clean, and the staff is friendly, even though the carpet looks like it came from the shining

The meals at the hotel were great! The service provided by most of the staff, with the exception of one, was also great! I want to mention AJ exception customer service! He gets 4 stars from all of us.

one of my favorite hotels, super clean, great staff and very close to PPG Paints Arena!

I loved the fact it was easy access to and from the highway as well as walking distance to the PPG Arena.

Newly renovated , self laundry

Close to teh conference center, and easy to walk over, but away enough to be able to hide from colleagues and pull back when needed. Safe with guarded and locked entrance. In-room safe for valuables. Felt very secure and extremely comfortable.

We enjoyed staying in a furnished apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer in the city. The location is excellent. We can walk to many restaurants and interesting places. Busses and Uber/Lyft is available also. The historic building was super clean and well maintained. All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Communication with Abode was excellent.

How accessible everything was and helpful the staff is and how friendly they were.

Corner rooms with office living are the best. Complimentary Happy Hour was excellent, but should either start at 4 or run until 6:30 for those of us that work until 5-5:30 so we can make it. Figure out a way to add heaters to keep the beer garden open later in the season or at least make this space accessible to guests.

Beautiful rooms and facility and great location

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They always responded to emails immediately. They did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely come back here again.
