We had a wonderful stay. We went in the off-season, so things were pretty quiet. The staff was amazing--super helpful. The hotel was clean and well-cared for. The wifi and cable tv worked well. The amenities were nice (especially the cozy game room). Our room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. We slept well on the bed. The small things matter--each afternoon there were cookies out in the lobby, and it was the perfect treat at the end of the day!

Stunning location, overlooking the river, very quiet yet close to the city. Beautifully appointed seating area with a fireplace, easy access, great breakfast, staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend ❣️

The hotel is in a beautiful location, close to Glacier National Park and within walking distance of the charming restaurants and cafés of Whitefish. The lobby is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, distinctive, and one of the most impressive hotel lobbies we have seen. The hotel sits next to a large golf course, which creates a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Many of the guests appeared to be older travelers who had clearly come to relax, play golf, and enjoy themselves, giving the property a calm and somewhat classic resort feel. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. We had booked and paid a significant amount for a renovated family room, but after discovering that the layout did not work well for our family, the hotel offered us an additional room for the parents at no extra charge. This was an extraordinary gesture, representing a benefit worth close to $2,000, and it completely changed our experience. This is what outstanding hospitality should be about: recognizing a problem and doing everything possible to make the guests happy. The hotel exceeded our expectations in this regard, and the level of service deserves enormous credit.

Everything! Location wise it's not in downtown area but they have shuttle that scheduled every hour that takes you to downtown area and there's Safeway n Food 1 store nearby along with other shops n restaurants, lobby was nice and cozy, they have game room Room was spacious n cozy with good soundproofing and amenities, coffee, tea n water refilling station in lobby area, outdoor pool and hot tub, small gym and free use of washing machine n dryer Breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, waffle machine, yoghurt, pastries, oatmelas packets, apples, bananas, more that enough to get you started

Very clean but what made the stay that much better was the staff I believe the man’s name was Jason that we dealt with and he was truly great! He accommodated my wife and I in every single way possible we plan to stay here again next time we go to whitefish!

The live music Friday and Saturdays was the highlight of our trip, was very enjoyable to sit and listen to the music !!

Amazing staff, gourmet breakfast included with your stay, very comfortable rustic western vibe. Nice hot tub with view of the ski hill. Tons of great little amenities. The staff was the best part though - the two ladies working could not have been more accommodating and welcoming! Great value for the money, too. Truly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed!

We loved everything about this condo; location, layout, amenities and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need, including bear spray and sunscreen!

Cozy place. Very convenient to restaurants, the SNOW bus and the train depot. Well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Natasha was quite helpful and easy to communicate with.
