A fabulous place on all accounts. We returned to Hokkaido at the end of our trip for skiing Annupuri but made a point of detouring to Stays Otaru for our last night (our 2nd time here). It is super-comfortable, well equipped, has a great port outlook. The staff are lovely, caring and communicative. Undoubtedly, we will return again in the future.
