2nd stay within a week. Great communication with the hotel staff prior to arrival and they were very helpful throughout the stay, can get larger rooms if you go for the Loft series. Paid carpark just beside the hotel.

I had an incredible stay at Stay's OTARU, but what truly amazed me was their exceptional service after I checked out. I accidentally left my camera tripod in their parking lot. When I contacted the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Most incredibly, the owner personally drove all the way from Otaru to Sapporo to deliver the tripod to my next accommodation because they knew I was flying back to Taiwan soon. I have never experienced such kindness and dedication from a hotel before. The room was clean and comfortable, but it is the people and their way to treat customers that make this place truly special. I highly recommend Stay's OTARU to anyone visiting Hokkaido. They truly care about their guests! Thank you again for saving my trip.

Very helpful, empathetic and patient staff, we are very grateful. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Washing machine and microwave in room are very useful. Great breakfast. 2 chairs for Message are well loved. Free coffee and drinks, and free drinking water on every floor. Free SOBA served on New Year Eve to all guests at 10pm, felt warmth of this season. Overall, the hotel and it's rooms are very thoughtfully design, manned by fantastic staff.
