It was in a perfect location, all of the staff was extremely helpful and efficient before and during our stay, it was clean, had a good ski locker and lobby, sufficient storage, well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

However, I was impressed by the level of thought that went into every facet of our stay, from the room's views to the design touches, furnishings, and standard amenities. The food in general was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially exceptional. There was a variety of Japanese, Chinese, and Continental/American style items, but the quality of the local Hokkaido produce and ingredients put it over the top. We ate at two restaurants, an Italian and Japanese grill, as well as the Lobby dining area. All three were fantastic. Their pool and Onsen were modern, spotless, and had plenty of towels (a pet peeve). The service was remarkable as well. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately and without any pushback.
