I got a upgrade on my room, so I had more space and a Toilet. However, I saw the shared bathroom and it was also clean and spacious. They have a good atmosphere, everything is clean and the staff are nice. They recommend us an Onsen. The room had toiletries and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had enough options. They also have a restaurant and bar, which we got welcome drinks. I'm lactose intolerant, and they informed and changed also some parts of the breakfast for me. Everything was really nice. I will be back for sure.

It’s a place where you can fully relax and recharge. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff — very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel itself feels new, fresh, and extremely comfortable. We would definitely love to come back again. If we return to Hakone, we will choose only this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone!
