This homestay is operated by the most beautiful family and we honestly can say they set the most exceptionally high standard for Aragum Bay accommodation. We rented 5 rooms and everyone felt the same. Jaz and his family were so helpful with everything from money changing to advising on tuk tuk prices, arranging drivers and any other questions we had. They went above and beyond to help us and nothing was a problem. Even making a birthday cake for one of our group. The rooms are immaculate - so clean with everything we needed. Location is perfect and is in the middle of everything, steps to the beach and even has an attached very well stocked supermarket. Our stay here was such a delight and we really look forward to coming back here. If we could rate this accommodation 10 stars, we absolutely would.

The hotel is beautiful! Is not big so you feel the vip service from everyone. The massages were great, pool amazing, the luxury tent was super nice and comfortable. The boat safari they organized in the Gal Oya was fantastic! Our favorite so far. The mashed potato with prawns was our favorite dish

Really enjoyed my stay here, the room was basic but had everything I needed. Mosquito net worked very well and the bathroom/shower was spacious. I was greeted with a smile every time and Murshith was super friendly and really enjoyed getting to know you. He also helped arrange a surf lesson for me last minute and it was one of my favorite activities I did in Arugam Bay. Extremely close to the beach, just 1-2 minute walk and very close to restaurants and all the action at night.

Beachfront Location: Whiskey Point Resort in Arugam Bay offers a private beach area and direct beachfront access. Guests enjoy sea views and a serene garden setting.

Besides hospitality, service is excellent, food is really good, drinks and cozynes will make you stay more in this paradise! I couldn't stay more, but it is definitely a place where I will come back! The spot was perfect for our family and friends. It is right in front of the beach, which is great for kids and beginner surfers. Property very charming with incredible team of people! Thanks again for the warmth welcome in Arugam Bay. Great breakfast and owner arranging for all the activities (surfing, safari, tuktuk, laundry). Very convenient! Location just next to the beach at the beginning of the Main Street of arugam bay.

We had an amazing time at Hilltop Cabanas! The place is located right at the beach and around there is pretty much just nature - we loved it! The manager was so friendly and even showed us wild roaming elephants in the afternoon, an unforgettable experience! The Cabana itself was perfect: it was clean, had a special atmosphere because you are sleeping „outside“ but even tho there was no AC it‘s not too hot at night. The common area had some books and games you could use which was also really cool. The food choices were limited (offseason) but the meals were just fantastic - 10/10! All in all: 100% recommend this place!
