We loved staying here. The location is central and it's easy to get to places. The accommodations are clean, well appointed and the housekeeping is excellent. It's a beautiful mission and very peaceful and relaxing, right in the heart of the city. We felt safe and the staff was friendly and caring. Breakfast was more than we expected and well done. We enjoyed our stay here.

Spacious accommodations with comfortable beds. The view from the room was very nice and most of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The Rhum Shack food was pretty good.

Everybody should stay at Santa Lucia’s in San Cristobal! Kindness, warm welcoming, great accommodation, delicious breakfast, attention to important details, in a nice area close to the center. We highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can only recommend it warmly. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. The well-kept pool area is well-maintained and invites you to relax. There is no fighting for the sun loungers and you are surrounded by coconut palms. Even if you can't swim in the lagoon, the view of the lagoon is great, especially at night. The hotel staff were always friendly and, above all, relaxed and uncomplicated. All in all, a highly recommended place for a relaxing holiday

The owner was invested in the comfort and happiness of his customers. He was checking in, making sure everything was perfect. The owners standards were clearly set very high and I couldn't be more pleased with our accommodations.

The owners kept in contact with me prior to my arrival which was reassuring. They personally met us on arrival and kept in contact throughout our stay. Not only was the accommodation and its location incredible but the owner also recommended places for us to visit and he booked a tour for us and provided transportation. I could not fault this stay at all and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

What a delightful stay! Spotless, prime location and incredibly friendly! Rainforest Haven Inn is so appropriately named! The host Charlene is simply lovely in every way and provided the BEST hospitality. The accommodations are super clean, spacious and comfy. You can easily walk to the downtown area to enjoy stores, restaurants and the outdoor market. There is a shared kitchen that has everything you need. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt welcomed and cared for and I will stay here again when I return.

The rooms were great, the location is lovely and the accommodation all in all amazing. it has a great bar, pool and social area. The staff was super friendly and helpful and in particular Karina went above and beyond, especially during and the days after the hurricane. I could have not asked for a better accommodation and a better place to stay in a city that I personally didn't enjoy that much. It was the accommodation that made it a good experience.
