Service, people doing their best to make my stay unforgetable, Italian, spanish, careebean and buffet restaurants with excellant food

-really quick check in (it was not crowded when we arrived), polite and friendly staff at the reception - big clean room, cleaned every day, comfortable beds, complementary coffee with Nespresso coffee machine, tea, water, candies,.. - beach/pool towels provided - playing area for kids close to the reception - small movie theatre with at least 3 shows a day (16:00,18:00 and 20:00) - zip line - playing room for babies and older children with different activities every day open till 21:00(the first time you need to bring your children’s passport if you want to leave them in the playing room) - the food for dinner in the steak house, Italian and Mexican restaurant was good (couldn’t make a reservation, had to wait for not more then 20/30 minutes to get a table) - good choice of food for breakfast and at the beach bar - enough parking lots - good wi fi signal - more then enough TV channels

- great welcome upon arrival - bags were brought up to our room - a welcome drink of prosecco - map of the grounds - pool staff were on the ball - Italian restaurant was fab - copious amounts of drink available - large pool - gorgeous lighting at night time

It has old charm, lots of greenery, had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and responded to any questions with a smile. Location couldn't be better. There is a lovely pool that we used often for cooling off. Would not hesitate coming back here.

Great apartment space, nice kitchen, big, shower is lovely, close to the beach and juan was lovely! We were able to borrow chairs and beach towels.

The room is beautiful, spacious and clean! Great communication and support before and during the stay. I definitely recommend and would come back to Lalola!

We stayed here 1 night and did not have time to eat breakfast as our pick up was at 9am for airport. We would absolutely stay here again. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Everything was clean, good water pressure, full kitchen (2 burners). Cute balcony that overlooks restaurant. We booked online while eating breakfast at Belville and walked right over to assure it went through and ask if we could check in a bit early due to our other hotels check out. Small communication speed bump but Diego helped check us in. They even cleaned our room earlier so we could bring our luggage to room, Fuego. I knew i wanted a lower level room as to not carry luggage up too many floors. The views from the top floor are absolutely beautiful. It's a jacuzzi/plunge pool with lounge chairs and swings.

Charly is super friendly and helpful. And a very funny man. He helped me with my very limited Spanish. Gave us tips on where to eat and what to do when one of us had flu. The unit is very spacious with great views on both balconies. The location is perfect. 40 seconds walk from beach and 5min walk from the town. The town is lovely with enough restaurants to eat at to feed you for 2 weeks without going to the same one twice. This includes all 3 meals. The ship and pharmacies are just down the same road. Lovely town. The apartment is very affordable, well situated, private, quiet, great host. Perfect!

A wonderful stay with a very kind and helpful host, always available for anything you might need. The self check-in was easy and convenient. The rooftop pool is amazing, with beautiful views over the sea and the town. The room was as seen in the photos and very clean and thoughtfully designed, with lots of lovely details and personal touches. It had everything we could need, including beach towels and purified water. Many thanks for everything!

We loved our stay in Casa Puerto Morelos. The room was comfortable and the staff was amazing. They gave us all sorts of recommendations and things to visit in the town. The location could not be better! The only thing is that may be the bathroom needs some renovation but there was hot water and good pressure so we could not complain! I recommend it without hesitation

I never stayed in a hostel like this. It felt like a boutique hotel. And indeed, it will transform to a coliving space going forward. So I'm really lucky I was among the last to taste its luxury. Owner was incredibly generous and flexible and let me stay all day while waiting for my cousin to arrive from the airport. Gracias!

Very helpful owner advised us at every step and also assisted with booking a Sian Ka’an trip. Very secure apartment with all facilities required. Comfortable bed, modern and clean furnishings.

Clean tidy place. Simple but excellent value for money. It provides basic but comfortable accommodation within an easy walk of all shops bars and beaches
