Lovely heritage house close to the lake. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the lake. The room was comfortable, nicely appointed, very clean. Crisp white sheets on the bed. Comfortable mattress. Bathroom spotless with good sized shower. Owner very friendly and helpful.

I would never, ever stay in Kenora again.
I would never, ever stay in Kenora again. If you want to see the absolute devastating effects of what alcohol can due to ruin a beautiful paradise, you have found it. You couldn't pay me to come back here.

There was only 2 restaurants that had good food.
There was only 2 restaurants that had good food. The Iron Clay Coffee House and The Log Cabin Tavern were the two restaurants with excellent food.
The other restaurants we went to were below par with their food preparation. No wonder some of the restaurants go out of business.
The Hungry Pug restaurant, 901 Westside, and Ho Jo’s food preparation and quality of food was below par. Not good at all.
