The breakfast was excellent and our host was very keen to ensure we had everything we needed. The grounds were very well kept and provided a very pleasant place to have breakfast. We loved the pool which was clean and had easy access. It was deep enough to have a decent swim. There was plenty of space for comfortable sunbathing in a quiet secluded landscape. The local bus into town and elsewhere was a 5 minute walk away and there were two buses every half hour. The beach was no more than a 10 minute walk away and provided an easy walk into town.

We loved it there, a lovely family-owned apartment with everything that you need for your stay. A perfect location to enjoy the town centre with all if great places to eat and shop. My wife and I had the big double bed which was stunning, the second bedroom could do with a better bed but it's perfectly fine for children or your people who can sleep anywhere.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel things could not have been more perfect.Beautifully decorated and every amenity you can think of. We were greeted by Spyros who gave us a quick history of the island and recommendations on everything from restaurants to the best beaches.It was like having a relative on the island.Perfectly located by the airport and only a few miles from Chora.Need a car?Spyro took care of it they brought it to the hotel.Due to covid the did not serve breakfast but stocked the refrigerator bacon eggs Beers water soda bread fruit WOW.Missed him at checkout so he came to the airport with gifts bottle of liqueur and loukoumia who does that.Spyro does.We will be coming back because 4 days was not enough for this beautiful island and we know exactly where we will be staying at our home away from home.

I went there at first to go on boat trips, I was on two wonderful boat trips starting from Agia Anna. From my accommodation I had to walk five minutes to reach the port, to find the boats. On one day I rented a car and went to see the Demeter temple, and the Panagia Drosiani church. The car rental was close to my accommodation, and the two sights to see were not far from Agia Anna. I spent one day in Agia Anna. I went to the Kedros beach around the small chapel. The place was beautyful with it's rock formations, but anyway there are a lot of naturists there...

A wonderful island with so much to do. why not take on the food tour - great way to walk the streets; hear the history from a local and be introduced to the island’s local cheeses and goods. or the sea kayaking - great hour drive seeing the sites and then 9 km sea kayaking in the beautiful refreshing and clear Aegean Sea. if not for you the shops and restaurants are all excellent

Sadly ours was only a 2 night stay between islands, but we will definitely return. Naxos is a lovely, friendly island with endless Greek charm. It has not been spoiled like other parts of Greece as it is quieter and more relaxed. Paradiso restaurant was nice and has a section on the beach under a beautiful tree full of lights. Naxos town is beautiful - day and night. Walk and take a look at the Portara famous landmark. Call at Aviation wine bar for fabulous nighttime rooftop views. Bus from Plaka takes 30 minutes and runs about every 30-60 minutes. It is only a few euros each way.

Agios Prokapios is just outside the main town, which is a 10 min drive, less people but plenty of restaurants, car hire place, tour operators, shops etc. Easy to reach town with the local bus which is actually quite luxurious for the price, 2 euro one way per person which goes very frequently till late at night. You don't need to go to town unless you like more shops , more bars, more people as Agios Prokpios has enough restaurants and enough of everything.The beach is much nicer here than the main town and our accommodation was allot more spacious compared to the rooms in town plus we had a huge pool. Highly recommend getting a car for a day or two to go the the most unbelievable beaches in the South and North of the island plus lovely to see the villages in the mountains.
