Novotel Citygate features spacious accommodations a short walk from Tung Chung MTR and Ngong Ping 360. The 4-star hotel offers free shuttle services to Hong Kong International Airport. My purpose was attending the concert at Asiaworld arena. I finally found here, which was not far from the arena. The hotel also has shuttle bus services to airport then I could take the train just only 1 stop from airport to Asiaworld-arena. Very convinient and the price is resonable

City Oasis Guest house is located at a small village in the outskirts of Tung Chung on Lantau Island. It features free WiFi throughout the property. Our host was awesome, so helpful, he gave super clear directions. It is a little walk off the beaten path, but worth it. So close to shops and bus stops. We were very happy to be able to cook our own meals sometimes and have full access to a great kitchen. The walk to and from is along a beautiful path with a stream beside it. The path is fine for suitcases. We were happy with this accommodation, esp as I don't like staying in big fancy hotels. It's a great option.

Located a 9-minute walk from Tian Tan Buddha, YHA Ngong Ping SG Davis Youth Hostel offers 1-star accommodations in Hong Kong and has a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. DIY-spirit is strong here, if you are picky or used to only high class hotels, this might not be the place for you.. But for us it worked well and the location is beautiful, no doubt and stuff was very kind and polite, even when we were a little lost about everything.
