It is back from the road and quiet for morning breakfast in the garden. The train station, grocery, and a pub with reasonably priced food is a 10-minute flat walk away. Finally and not the least important, I want you to know that Pat Kennedy can beat GOOGLE every time! He knows Kerry so well and was amazing in making our visit the BEST! We saw sights we would not have known to see.

Rowan House Holiday Home er gististaður með garði í Curranes, 16 km frá Kerry County Museum, 19 km frá St Mary's-dómkirkjunni og 21 km frá INEC. The layout was excellent, the rooms were spacious, showers were good, the road in was tight but that’s Ireland. Overall I give this an A+

Eilish nd family were most welcoming , friendly nd accommodating, their home is beautifully decorated, the bedroom was spotless, with a beautiful ensuite nd powerful shower. The breakfast was only fantastic, such an extended menu, far better than any 5* hotel, the breakfast omelette was gorgeous as were the homemade scones. I can highly recommend the Woodlands B nd B.

The Hillside Cottage is a perfect getaway with great access to nearby towns and situated within 10-20 mins of both the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Our family of four found the cottage quite comfortable. The cottage is a wonderful mix of old-world stone cottage and modern amenities. A well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer allowed us to pack lighter and cook in most nights we stayed, which was a plus for us traveling with young children. In the evenings, the cottage is quite cozy no matter what the weather outside, with the wood burning stove (radiator also available and able to set to your comfort) providing plenty of warmth on a cold rainy night. The owner goes above and beyond in assisting guests with any questions or recommendations for the area and has little how-to guides around most of the appliances, which are extremely helpful for those who are not used to Euro standards. If you’re looking for a great stop as a base for western Ireland, look no further! We would absolutely stay again and again.

The location is beautiful, the host was kind and courteous, they provided a welcome basket, and milk, bread, etc. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend to others.

We stayed at this lovely cottage a few months ago and had a fantastic experience. It was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. Everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday was provided, making it feel like a true home from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended!
