Ideally located inside Narita Airport’s Terminal 2, 9h nine hours Narita Airport offers modern capsule rooms with a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi at public areas. I have heard about capsule hotels and wanted to try it out, expecting anything. This ended up being a very relaxing experience. Check-in was simple, I could store my big suitcase, small hand luggage, and backpack in the locker (with some Tetris skills). The provided pajamas were comfortable, the showers great, and the pod itself was bigger than expected (I could comfortably sit up). I slept extremely well, and didn't need to use earplugs.

I loved how close and easy it was to get to from the airport. I loved that there was a shuttle to help us get to and from the airport as well. And I especially loved that there was a convenience store right when you walk in and that they offered so many free amenities to help our stay a lot better. I would definitely book again.

Confortable. Everything needed in the room. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. There are even a konbini, ATM/money exchange machines, located on 1st floor, on the sides of the huge reception/lobby hall. We didn't have time to enjoy every facilities I think. We didn't need cleaning for a 2 days stay, so we runned out of tea, but I could ask for a refill at the reception. There is a free shuttle service to go to the airport and city.

Location was great, few minutes walk to a convenient store and also closest station provides quick access to major parts of Tokyo. There is also a convenient line to the NRT (Narita Airport). Lobby was full of people using luggage storage/forwarding. The key card security was pretty cool. You're only able to use the elevator with a room key card and you can only go to the 1st, 2nd, or your floor. No issues with the staff, room or amenities. The room is small and it is cramped when opening the luggages but it is expected in Japan.
