We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was exceptionally well-equipped, beautiful decorated, and impeccably clean. Our host was incredibly helpful with everything there were no issues at all when our flight was delayed, and they even sent us helpful photos on how to get from the airport to the property.

It’s very close to the airport, just a 5 minutes walk. The host was always available on WhatsApp and he is a very friendly and helpful person. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay.

Location and Transport
Marrakech-Menara Airport is set just over 6 miles (10 kilometres) from the centre of Marrakech and the best way to get to or from the city is by taxi. This will take about 20 minutes and cost around MAD 190, but it’s best to agree on a fare with your driver before you set off. The public bus 11 runs between the old town’s Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the airport every 20–30 minutes.

The astounding number of museums in Marrakech had us there...
The astounding number of museums in Marrakech had us there for five days. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoyed the souks especially because the Moroccans are so pleasant and respectful. We visited the culinary museum toward the end of our visit but we recommend for everyone to go there first to help understand the Moroccan menus. Another must-visit is the Majorelle Garden. Reservations required. Marrakech is endlessly colorful and exciting.

We were two girls staying at this hotel in April. On the second night, I was violently assaulted right in front of the hotel: a man on a scooter tried to snatch my bag and dragged me several meters. The assault was captured on the hotel’s security cameras.
Instead of supporting us, the hotel told us they knew the attacker’s identity through their “friends,” and then tried to force us to accept an apology by bringing the thief and his family into the hotel against our will. It was terrifying. I refused, despite pressure from the staff urging me not to file a police report.
When we left, they changed the taxi price at the last minute, and then falsely reported to Booking that we never showed up at the hotel – even though we paid in cash and have proof of our stay.
This hotel was not only irresponsible in the face of a serious assault but also tried to cover up the incident. This stay was a nightmare. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for women traveling alone or with friends.

We went in December, and it did get quite cold in the mornings and evenings, so it’s advisable to pack some warm clothing if you’re travelling at that time of year. It was also much quieter than the busy summer period shown in videos, which made sightseeing a lot more enjoyable

Highly recommend staying in this tranquil place outside the centre. Easy taxi into the medina. Anas is the kindest guy. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The spa around the corenr is also a great way to spend the day. We will be back.

Marrakech is very colorful and vibrant. Lots to do and prices moderate although you have to negotiate everything. Restaurants vary and some are not good - we preferred restaurants in the new part if the town but would recommend to stay in the Kasbah
