The owners are so kind and welcoming, like being a part of their own home and family. They cooked amazing fresh fish for us on a few nights, held a bbq with some of the locals and the breakfast was a great selection of tropical fruit and eggs. The room was spotless clean and modern. They even had a great set up with an outdoor sink and hose to clean our diving equipment. Really recommend staying here! A wonderful experience.

They quickly secured a hotel just a short five-minute drive from the airport and promptly rescheduled our flights when we expressed concerns about the revised departure time. . Their thoughtfulness and efficiency in handling the situation were truly commendable. The way the staff empathized with our disappointment at losing a day on the island soothes our disappointed hearts! They wasted no time in offering us an upgrade and special perks to compensate for the unforeseen circumstances. Their genuine concern and effort to make things right instantly turned our disappointment into excitement. Once we arrived on the island, we were greeted by a team of enthusiastic staff members who created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their beaming smiles and genuine hospitality added an extra layer of joy to our vacation. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring we had a memorable and enjoyable time. Throughout our stay, our assigned gem, Hamzath, proved to be a true gem indeed. He took great care of us, ensuring our every need was met. Hamzath went above and beyond to curate unforgettable dining experiences for us, recommending the finest restaurants and providing personalized attention. It was clear that he took immense pride in his work and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. The natural beauty of the island was simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear waters and vibrant colors of the surrounding ocean were truly mesmerizing. We were thrilled to discover that we could easily indulge in snorkeling right from our room.

Good food Resort is new, large room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, terrace with sofa Daily free snorkeling excursions, water sports staff is nice However: Not much of a beach, except in front of the bar; beach is in the shadow in the afternoon. Weak wifi. Lots of corals that hurt the feet, shoes are necessary, seaweed in the afternoon (see pictures). Unsuitable for swimming: shallow water - ankle-deep at low tide and waist-deep at high tide. There is a manmade swimming channel in front of the bar, quite limited. Therefore, the only snorkeling possible is through an excursion. We tried swimming in the lake, but the water is very warm there, it’s like swimming in a bathtub and in addition the water is dirty (see pictures). There is a pipe bringing the sewage of the hotel to the open ocean from behind the port, you can even see it on the satellite if you look closely. Depending on tide/current, this water comes back into the lake. Apart from lack of beach/swimming, the worst was the transfer issues and the complete disregard of customers.

Lovely overall. Outstanding and true caring service, superb food (incredible logistics to bring those ingredients that far), well appointed vilas in minimalistic yet luxurious style. Personnel did everything they could to make our stay memorable, being flexible, creative and anticipating our needs. Zayan was an excellent butler, discrete but affective. Marine life abundant and accesible. Very well maintained island with palm trees. Outstanding spa and free yoga every day. The sea plane company they use (Manta Air) is reliable and flies despite rain and thunderstorms, surprisingly smooth. Excellent barista coffee every morning!

Everything Ahmed has been very helpful and reactive all the time, even before we booked the accomodation. He was always there for us when we needed, always doing everything he could to make this stay unforgettable. The girls cooked for us some delicious food, always with the smile and they made our room every morning very clean and nice. The guys on the boat to take us surfing were super friendly, always ready to take us to different spots at whatever time we will ask. They even took us surfing 1h30 away from the island! They took some very nice pictures of us surfing with our camera, spending hours doing it in the heat. I was amazed.. The bbq they made for us at the beach was delicious!! Thanks so much to all of you to have made this holidays epic! Oh and the room we had was super big!! We didn't expect that at all for the price..
