They reach out to me few days before my stay and asked the time of my flight and gave me detailed directions on how to reach the hotel from any side of the airport. The hotel is very convenient and comfortable. Rooms very spacious and the toilet with amenities and towels and very clean. Check in was super fast, although when I arrived there was a scary queue it took less than 5 min to me to check in. The staff was very conscious about my flight time and offer me a wake up call and when I refuse they said they’ll do it anyway to be on the safe side. Was great seeing this sense of responsibility. Great sleep and the soundproofing is spot on! The view to the main hall is nice and the fact that you don’t hear a sound coming in makes it more pleasant. By the time of the check out the staff checked my gate, wrote it on my ticket and gave me directions in how to reach (my flight was in the other extreme of the airport took me 15 min to reach).

Stayed at Shaza overnight on a longer layover through Hamad International (DOH). I'm glad I popped out into the city and this was my choice for the brief overnight stay. I found the staff to be warm and welcoming, and the room quite spacious, with all the expected amenities. The property is also well located, in the core of the city, with easy access to Souq Wakif, and other points of interest like the stunning National Museum of Qatar, and the Museum of Islamic Art. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
