Everything was absolutely perfect beyond expectations. The hotel is luxurious in every detail, from the elegant design and stunning sea views to the exceptional cleanliness and comfort. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive, making the stay feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very relaxing. Facilities and services were top-notch.

The breakfast was excellent with loads of varieties. The room was excellent, clean & very comfy. Its also next door to a luxurious mall which added to the trip.

I liked the design of the rooms and the space it was very comfortable.It was also near many places where I could take the gulf cart and move around.I also liked the staff they were really nice specially Reem.

Loved the fact that we could check in at noon itself. We were celebrating our anniversary and the fact that we didn’t have to kill time in the lobby was amazing. Also the staff that we encountered were exceptionally friendly. Waheed, who organized our welcome drinks at the lobby was just so nice each time we bumped into him at the lobby and so were the amazing doormen. Every single staff member made us feel special and I really hope that some day we can visit again for longer just to witness this royal hospitality once again. And how can I forget the kids club. Nay and Dilshah at the kids club were just outstanding. If it was up to my son, he would’ve lived in there instead of the room. 4 days later he still thinks abt the amazing time he had at the kids club and the pool. Also had a wonderful high tea during our stay. Needless to say, the staff again were the highlight. Siri and the wonderful ladies really took care of us. Lastly, I cannot describe how magnificent the crescent suite is. The views and the detailing to every little thing in the room is just incredible.
