My best friend, her daughter, my husband, and I needed a room asap. Her mom was in critical care, and I called notifying them of a late check-in. The staff went above and beyond upgrading our room and was so compassionate to give us another day comped. Due to that, my friend and her daughter were able to stay and unfortunately say goodbye to her mamma. Every staff member was AMAZING! They were compassionate, kind, and went above and beyond. Although they are just opening and reservations are still going on, we appreciate the stay. The rooms were clean and nice, and I love their comforters. Pet friendly, which is a bonus. I could never express the gratitude we have for them. We will return.
