United StatesThe rooms were excellent, the first room I was in heater went out in it so I was moved to another room that one was excellent also it had a new heater, I was totally impressed by the helpers, I believe there were six or seven shoveled me out of the parking space due to the snow issues, they were remarkable, this is my second time at the comfort inn and I will come again and tell others, the girl at the service desk is exceptional she was so helpful in every way she deserves a raise in pay 🥴

Staff was very pleasant in the Inn and the restaurant.
Staff was very pleasant in the Inn and the restaurant. Room was clean and it was nice to have a breakfast you could sit down and order. The restaurant food was exceptional. Some minor repair and cosmetic improvements are needed, but nothing that would impact a stay. Very good value for the money.

There is no shortage of things to do in Erie! My husband and 3 year old love going to the Millcreek Mall and there are a plethora of places to choose from to eat. We just discovered Max and Erma’s this weekend which we loved and can’t wait to go back to.

The restaurant was wonderful. Amazing staff.
The restaurant was wonderful. Amazing staff. My room was okay. Stayed in a king room. Basically the basement and very cutoff from anything the hotel offers. I only got cell reception in half the room. Peeling wallpaper and rooms not updated. No outdoor lighting. My view was dirt and a cement wall falling in. Had to drive to the main section.

Its a nice place to stop on the way to RIT where our student attends college. Presque Isle is a cool place. We visited the zoo and it was pretty nice. We are from Indiana so its an easy stop on the way. We went paddle boarding at the State Park and that was fun. Wouldn't mind exploring the area a little more. I thought the beaches were nice as well.
Its not too hard to get around town. I would like to visit the amusement park in the future, and the Tom Ridge environmental Center.

We only stayed at this motel because it was close to where we wanted to go. The location was good. Next time we will stay in Erie which has better options for food and things to do. There is only one eating establishment close to this motel, but it is right off of the I-90.

I only liked the pool but there were many children that were unattended and were throwing rocks in the pool. The rooms were dated and didn't offer any amenities offered by other hotel chains. The building was insecure and easy entry was available for anyone.
In addition, the continental breakfast offered very little goodness. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area as it also seemed to be a hotel that catered to transient borders.
