The location of this property is amazing since it’s right next to the mall and shopping complex. We would 100% stay here again in the future for the location alone. The rooms are also super comfortable and clean.

We only stayed for a weekend, but the erie beaches are nice, presque isle is very beautiful! But the area of erie is not it. Doesn't seem like to much to do, very run down. I would rather go to a real beach with all the fun stuff around to do and be able to walk to the beach.

My family and I love visiting Erie every chance we can get away for awhile. It's our home away from home, our favorite place to relax, and enjoy all the amenities, and adventures that await us on our journey.
We love Presque Isle beaches, we love the people, we love the scenery and we especially love when the weather is in our favor. 🌞 🏖
We visited Splash Lagoon and Waldemeer Park/Water World 🎡🎠🎢🍿🌊🌎
Recommend visiting on a weekday to avoid big crowds and less wait times.
Looking forward to our next trip real soon!

I'm always just passing through for a night on my way to Chicago from Boston, but I do get to go into town. There's a great bar/restaurant called Room 33 Speakeasy; excellent choice of beverages and food. For lighter fare head to Lucky Louie's for some superb gourmet hotdogs. In the morning head downtown to the Tipsy Bean or Ember and Forge for some good coffee.

We went in the deep of winter to experience the lake and do some hiking. Erie Bluffs State Park and Presque Isle State Park were really nice without people and bugs of summer. Everyone we met was very nice and welcoming. I loved the multi-ethnic vibes, food places, neighborhoods, and waterfront of Erie. I was invited to attend an Eastern Orthodox service at a cool little church on Sunday morning as I walked around some of the older neighborhoods. The people and the church were beautiful. The Maritime Museum and walking by the working ship yards was very cool.

We travel to Erie previously quite a few times there was our first time staying at this hotel had I had more time off work I would have liked to stay longer maybe not at this hotel itself. Me and my spouse took our kids to Splash Lagoon which was excellent very tiring we ate at Smokey Bones which was amazing everything was real close to the hotel which was good. I would just recommend that hotel stating that there's no microwaves in the room.
I liked absolutely nothing about this place. At first I was put in a wrong room. Was told it was two bed and I specifically said I needed a couple cots. Once moved into a double bed room. I was informed the hotel don't have cots. The lady at breakfast was very rude. The breakfast was very poor. The bagels were stale along with the cereal. They didn't have too much to offer for breakfast.
The room is very well distributed, the bathroom is very comfortable with a separate sink, the heating works perfectly. I greatly exceed my expectations without a doubt it is one of the best hotels that is asleep. The breakfast included in the rate is very varied with quality and the area was super clean, the staff very attentive.
Very cozy B&B in historic house. The manager Chris is going like a machine... making sure all the guests feel comfortable, fixing breakfast, cleaning the place.
Location is close to downtown Erie, to all the bars and restaurants. Also reasonably priced!
