I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.
I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

Was a fun visit to Sofi to watch the Thursday night game.
Was a fun visit to Sofi to watch the Thursday night game. Sofi Tour was amazing and so was the stadium experience on game night. Didn't care for the food in there the Nachos weren't very good. I didn't finish them and I would've if they were better. Sofi outside vendors had a tasty hot dog wrapped in bacon I recommend them more than inside food. Short uber ride from Lyfe Hotel. Best restaurant we liked was Pann's for fried chicken and waffle. Getting around with Uber was easy. Took us longer than expected during morning traffic to get to Pann's.

I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. Homelessness and public drug use was a turnoff. Friendliness of cumstomer service was a pleasent and enjoyable part of our trip. Venice beach was a little disapointing, but the Uber drivers were very friendly and helpful. Not very many places to get a good meal in the area we stayed, but the 7-eleven had just about everythingwe needed to get by and the staff was very friendly.

Inglewood is basically the gateway to LAX, with that you get a lot of easy fast food, Starbucks etc...but nothing special about the neighborhood. Big shops nearby. It is also only down the street from the 2 main venues there

Well first thing I want to say is my room was absolutely beautiful, well furnished and so clean…and the bed was so comfortable…just what I needed after hours of flight delays and a long haul flight. This was a beautiful hotel choice for me. I had a delayed flight and had to book an overnight and Sonesta LAX was such a great choice. I arrived late and checked out quite early because of flight times but loved finding this hotel as I will stay here again when I travel.

This Hyatt served as a great stopover for lodging on our way overseas. The hotel is conveniently located directly across the highway from LAX so its location makes it easy to get back to drop your rental car off and continue to your next destination. The check in process is as quick as I have ever seen and the sleeping accommodations are clean, in great condition, and suited well to business travellers.

Location is very convenient for LAX. Free shuttle to the airport was a main factor in choosing this hotel. The room was small, but well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable. Considering the nearness to the airport, it was actually very quiet. Room delivery from the restaurant downstairs was so nice after a stressful travel day, and the food was excellent.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to LAX. We could see the planes flying in. We did not have a working toilet but when I called the front desk and informed them. They quickly brought the maintenance guy over and he told us it needed work then offered us another room. I love their customer services support!! Very friendly and helpful!!

Nice hotel right in front of LAX. There was a nice pool and gym available. We had booked a package that included breakfast. The was buffet style and had a good mix of quality foods. The room was large and had a nice sofa that fits two people. Shuttle bus ran often and it was quick to get to the airport.
