He absolutely went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining a charger and cable from and outside source because the gift shop on site did not have in stock.

We had a great time. the staff was amazing specially; alma, franchesca and radhamez who is in charge of the lounge restaurant (premium) we really enjoyed the shows and the room was really clean so the house keeper has done an excellent job. By the way we went to the restaurants the Japanese, mexican and the grill all of them are amazing good food and good treatment. Room service was really great right on time and kind.

The stay exceeded our expectations as everything was just perfect. The resort was not crowdy and it gave as additional advantage. The choice of food is impressive and I never saw the staff such attentive as in this resort. We would definitely coem back if we will have opportunity.
