Our stay at Gemma Resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs, welcomed with cold drinks and warm hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, with the receptionist providing all necessary information in a calm and professional manner. We opted for a family room with an all-inclusive package, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a fridge stocked daily with water and beverages. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food quality. Each day offered a variety of fresh and flavorful options, with excellent dishes served at the main restaurants as well as by the pool and beach. From authentic pizza and sandwiches to sweet treats and snacks, everything was top-notch. The drinks were equally impressive—no watered-down cocktails here! Generous pours of quality alcohol, great coffee, and fantastic wine reflected the resort’s dedication to excellence. The resort itself feels like a picturesque village, full of serene corners to relax and lively areas for entertainment. Multiple pools, beautiful hidden spots, and a well-thought-out layout make it an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. If there’s one thing that truly sets Gemma Resort apart, it’s the staff. They treat guests as people, not as walking ATMs—something truly priceless. There’s no sense of obligation to tip, yet their service is so genuine that we felt happy to do so at the end of our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made our experience even more special. During our visit in mid-February, the resort was peaceful, not overcrowded, and the weather was pleasant, albeit a bit windy at times. We noticed that many guests were returning visitors, mostly from Italy (about 90%). Gemma Resort exceeded all expectations, offering top-tier hospitality, fantastic food, and a relaxing environment.

A wonderful stay experience, everything is excellent, the reception is wonderful, especially Mr. Mohamed Kamal, the hotel is beautiful, the restaurants, food and bars are many and varied, the aqua park, swimming pools and beach are wonderful, a wonderful place and excellent service, and God willing, I will come back again soon. Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were doing their best. Great choice of meals . Everything fresh and tasty. Also good quality food products, which is not so obvious in hotels. Nice beach, lots of pools, even with warm water. Well equipped gym, sauna and jaquzzi. Quite large area which is designed in a way that you just don’t see other people if there are many of them. Everyone can have a place for oneself. Nice animation team. They do their job but without being too pushy. Water in the room all the time, do you dont habe to ask for any additional bottles . Lots of bars with drinks and snacks. We had a really nice stay.

Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort is located near to Port Ghalib, 26 mi from Marsa Alam. Ready friendly staff (Hamid 😀) Very easy to get to from airport. Food was excellent! Loved my room and view of sea and pool. Really enjoyed the whole experience and would come back again 😀

The location of the property is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport, the services are extraordinary, nothing is missing, free wi-fi, extraordinary cuisine that satisfies all the tastes of the various guests from all over the world. Unexpected holiday that far exceeded expectations. My extremely positive comment is especially for those who work within the structure who know how to make the stay very familiar. I therefore thank the general manager Atef Osman, an exemplary leader attentive to the satisfaction of his customers. special thanks to the factotum Mahmoud, an exceptional guy who accompanied us throughout the holiday. Thank you thank you thank you Mahmoud. In every resort there should be a person like Mahmoud who does not abandon his guests and was an important link that united us guests with the structure. All the staff work with a smile, happy and transmit their serenity to their customers too. I thank the two chefs Ahmed and Osman who are always ready to cook with all their commitment and ability, bringing out delicious dishes from the kitchen. The kitchen manager Ahmed Ali was a fantastic, unique person and above all very good at his job. I had the opportunity to meet equally special people like Wafe who monitored everything in the pool with a careful eye, Wael who accompanied us to the wonderful Italian restaurant Dolce Vita, Hassan, Abanou b, Beshoy, Alaa all excellent waiters and staff of the structure. With these people the holiday was extraordinary. The spacious, clean rooms, all with balconies or outdoor spaces facing the sea or swimming pools. Pools with warm and clean water, fun slides, very engaging and pleasant entertainment and above all a pier that leads to a wonderful coral reef. Three corners Happy Life is a guarantee in everything. One word to sum it all up: EXCELLENT
