"My stay was incredible. The facilities were modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable, but the real highlight was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially Oatmilk, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their outstanding service made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!"

The design, cleanliness, the room is spacious and well designed. I like some small touches like bath salt, and decor in bed upon my check in. I also like the way it’s surrounded by nature. I like the breakfast options, there’s a juice counter and many fruit options

I loved this place. We stayed here for 9 days, booked it in October., had no problem with the booking and it was smooth. The staff was very friendly we even become friends during our stay. The staff names were Lee (bellhop) and Fah (receptionist). We are very grateful for your kindness and service. The place was amazingly suitable for family, has direct access to the beach, has kids play room with lots of toys. The breakfast was more than enough, delicious and has diverse choice. We will definitely come back next year with our extended family.

Beautiful property with a good location. Bed was super comfy and the room was a nice size. Nice decor with some local art and modern additions. I like the "bar" in the lobby, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the soup was amazing. Nice selection and choices. Roof top views for sunset are highly recommended (at Estrela). Some happy hour deals and nice seating areas are also available. Nice swimming pool outdoor but covered. Large area for chilling or small group of people for fun. ATM across the street if you need one. As a solo female, I walked to the Old Phuket Town about 15 min away no issues. I would definitely book here again for the comfort and quality.
