the kitchen is fine for cooking a meal, the complimentary bikes were great to explore the area around Salzburg, the communication with the host, though entirely online, was clear, responsive and quick. We had an issue with the washing machine and they helped look for solutions which was appreciated.

Excellent apartment, the place is so much better in person than what the pictures show. The hotel should take much better pictures of the apartment to show the size of the space and the comfortable amenities. It was SO nice! So spacious, huge balcony, lovely kitchen, nice dining area, lovely bedrooms, big bathroom, separate toilet, spacious bedrooms, but the absolute best was the central air conditioning and heating, which we have NEVER seen in ALL our years of travel and staying all over Europe! We had a wonderful time here as a family, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent service from all the reception desk staff, the check in process handled by the very friendly,Mr.Kimhork deserves a special mention for the amazing job he did to welcome us and making us feel at home.Daily cleaning provided by the house keeping was a big plus. All the important supermarket chains and buses just a few minutes walk away, and a fairly big mall right opposite the hotel.Just 15 minutes bus ride to the city center. Highly recommended hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for all those looking for a perfect place to stay in Salzburg. A very big thanks to all the staff.
