The staff were all friendly and helpful! They had lots of people yelling at them about the Air Conditioning and other things and were still very professional. The location was great for walking around the city and the hotel and rooms were nice looking and seemed clean.

Never ever stay at this property. Absolute crap value. We got to the property and there was no staff on duty. There was an envelope at the empty reception desk with our name. Inside the envelope was a note saying that we would find our room key and closed, but there was no key. There was no way to get into our room And no way to contact anyone. We had to leave this shit hole and check into the four seasons.

    Great location for getting from airport and taking bus to city centre. The reception on arrival was splendid, Alan told us how to get to a great restaurant by city bus on arrival. We caught the bus right outside the apartment and walked half a block to a very popular restaurant for a great evening. We loved Geneva and especially loved staying at the Apart Hotel. Very well stocked kitchen and most comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
