We are new to Geneva and this is 1st time arrival. The receptionist is really nice and very helpful for us. We had to check out early and secure our luggage and she made sure the luggage is secure and guided us in navigating to new place. Thankyou very much to receptionist there.

    Great location for getting from airport and taking bus to city centre. The reception on arrival was splendid, Alan told us how to get to a great restaurant by city bus on arrival. We caught the bus right outside the apartment and walked half a block to a very popular restaurant for a great evening. We loved Geneva and especially loved staying at the Apart Hotel. Very well stocked kitchen and most comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
