Liked everything one could like about a place to stay. Hospitality was fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, all 3 staff members I had encountered were great. Beautiful and clean rooms. Location doesn't get better, the 2 metro lines 1 and 2 connected to the mall. Delicious restaurants inside the mall and eateries within the surrounding area. Near to all the Guangzhou must-see visitor attractions. All in all 11/10. ♥️👍💯🙏

The location is very good it's close to Beijing Presbyterian Street. It's surrounded by food and a few malls. It's really a good place. The management came as soon as we called them to inform them that the lock was unable to be locked. There is also tea and coffee for us to bring back to our room to brew. I love the room especially the tatami and Japanese style where I can take photos and videos of it.

We stayed at Mihua International Apartments, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, from July 25 to August 6, 2025, and it was simply fantastic. From the housekeeping lady, who was so motherly, to the front desk manager, every staff member was friendly, cooperative, and genuinely cordial. The hotel was spotless, and for a budget-friendly stay, it truly exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't be more perfect: three metro stations within a short 300 - 400 meter walk, a bus stop right at the entrance, and convenience stores just steps away. A warm and welcoming stay, made extra special by the motherly care of the housekeeping lady. I'm grateful for such a pleasant experience and would happily return on my next visit to Guangzhou.
