Very helpful staff who communicated well with me when my arrival was delayed. Lovely decor, great bathroom and kitchenette. Wifi TV which allowed me to conect with my own services like YouTube and Netflix for personalized choices. They gave a lovely gift of a jar of honey with little wooden dipper as I departed. They arranged a private driver for me to get to my next destination. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Pamela and Gerardo. The restaurant was excellent as well. It is in a glass gazebo on hotel grounds, exquisite! They served me a late dinner upon my arrival, fresh porcini mushrooms picked locally, on pasta, very light and flavorful, a highlight of my meals in Italy so far.
