Serviced apartments in Rome

Good stay overall, I wish I knew it was on the further end of Trastevere. We booked it in peak season so it was pretty expensive. But we were very happy with the space and the responsiveness of the staff!

I visit Rome very often, but usually we take a rent-a-car and book a hotel outside of the wall. This time, I was a tour guide of a few friends, who never visited Italy and for the first time I had to take care of everything. I was nervous, but once we arrived in the apartment all my concerns disappeared and this was the start of the most perfect girly adventure, I didn't even imagine that everything would go so smoothly. As I said, the arrival in the apartment was the start and by the end of our stay we weren't disappointed for a second. The cleanliness, the facilities, the furniture, the high ceiling, the details, the comfort, the location... everything was ideal.

Located next to Piazza San Pietro. The staff was accommodating to our flexible travelling schedule for check-in and check-out.

We really liked the hotel's location; it was very convenient for getting everywhere. Also, the place was always clean, and everything we needed from a hotel was available.

The whole experience was great. The staff was extremely helpful and informative, and they could speak English and Spanish. We went first to the reception since the idea was to leave the bags there first and go for sight seen, but they kindly offered an earlier checking. The main suits are less than 10 minutes walking from the reception. I'm assuming you don't need to go to the reception at all if you just check-in at your designated time, and provide the documentation online. The property itself it was really easy to access, and picking up the keys is extremely quick. The flat was big for the two of us. While we didn't use it, we saw a coffee machine outside the room that looked well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of stuff if you wanna use, but we didn't, except for the kettle. The location can't be better if you are planning to visit the Vatican, as we intended. The main entrance to the Vatican is just 2 minutes walking. We really enjoyed our stay there, and we totally recommend this place.

The property was quite spacious with a blend of modern and old architecture. Quite grand. The best part was the seamless check in. Naomi was quite helpful and checked me in flawlessly.

I loved everything about this hotel!!! From the very moment we entered this hotel, we were greeted so warmly. Leonardo, at the front desk, even noticed it was my daughter's birthday the next day from her passport and arranged something special at breakfast time. It was so thoughtful and she thought it was so cool. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite and there was plenty of room. My youngest slept on the sofa bed outside the master bedroom. The room was extremely clean, well decorated with newer modern furnishings and comfortable beds and pillows. Before coming, I had read reviews that it was noisy at night, but we did not find that to be true during our stay. Yes, there are restaurants in the area with some foot traffic, but it was pretty quiet at night. We felt it was pretty average noise that you would experience at any hotel. Plan to bring ear plugs if you are sensitive. The AC was powerful and such a relief to return to after walking all over Rome during the day in hot weather. We washed some clothes in the sink during our stay and the cleaning staff noticed that we hung it the bathroom to dry and they provided us with a drying rack. The location is fabulous, everything is walkable and the restaurants and shops surrounding the area are the best! It is a less than 10 min walk to Trastevere, 5 min to pantheon, 10 min to Trevi fountain, 25 min to Colosseum, 37 min to Vatican museums. We did take a short taxi ride (20 min) to the Borghese Gallery to give our kids a break from walking on our last day. Roscioli, the very well known bakery/pizza place, is directly across the narrow street and Fatamorgana (gelato), also across the street, was our favorite in the whole city...and we tried a lot of places. The breakfast is terrific. They have a great selection of hot breakfast (eggs and meats), fresh fruit, yogurt, and bakery specialties (cornetto, buns with creme, and breads. Coffee was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic apartment hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The place is brand new, with a modern and spacious design that feels like a true home away from home. The rooms are incredibly roomy, offering plenty of space to relax and settle in, which is hard to find in a lot of hotels. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore all the sights, shops, and dining spots nearby. The staff here is genuinely welcoming and eager to help with any questions or needs. They also offer a lovely buffet with snacks available all day - a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was perfectly close to the termini station and too many of some good restaurants, I definitely recommend it

From start to finish the communication was excellent. The rooms were configured as we requested.On arrival we were given a really warm welcome. The room was clean and tidy with fresh towels every day.

I loved the balcony. The room is very clean. I did not have breakfast. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We were allowed to leave the bags in the hotel for a few more hours after check-out, and we could enjoy Rome a bit more until our flight.

I had only one bedroom for myself but I was allowed to use the full house like kitchen, outside area so it felt like home.

Loved the staff, liked the location, hated the beds, liked the shower water pressure, but the shower curtain was a real problem, no room to stand in the shower without the curtain pushing on you
