Everything was great, this was my 3rd stay at Roost East Market for the year. That says it all really. I travel to the US 3-4 times a year for work and this is officially my home away from home in Philly. I don't think I'll ever consider booking elsewhere again. They even went above and beyond with additional cleaning, holding my packages before my stay, even willing to hold packages for months until my next stay. I really appreciate the friendly service from all of the staff, no matter the time of day or night. The apartments are modern, spacious and clean in a nice, safe central area. What more do you need?

The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine was provided with detergent. I felt like at home. The location was also good. The lockers were convenient to store my luggage.

Perfect! We stayed only for a few days, but we loved it! Great location and the apartment was very pretty and clean. So many kitchen appliances! Lovely stay!

Location is good, apartment cleanliness is good except of the bed and sheets that had food smell and had to buy Lysol disinfectant spray to eliminate odors on the bed at midnight hrs. Bed had some dark dots as well. Noisy early mornings from a nearby warehouse kept me awake from early mornings. HVAC system always cold even if adjusted to heat. Had to pay $250.00 as a security deposit as well,

It was easy to use. The code for entering nobody waited for you. We arrived late then; this option was great. The host thought about everything: olive oil, extra bags for trash, the tide for washing the clothes, two bottles of water - many details. I was happy to be there. The only disadvantage is not close to the metro station, but I rented a car and other days with uber
