Located in the heart of Shanghai, Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai(Original name: Green Court Serviced Apartment-People’s Square) is a 10-minute walk from the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian street, Apple Shop, East Nanjing Road Underground Station (Line 2 & 10) and People's Square Underground Station (Line 1, 2, 8). Free Wi-Fi is available. Spacious room, kitchen and bathroom : clean and nice. Better than the photos. Quiet at night. Washing machine with dryer, laundry detergent and iron available. The kitchen has no sink. Dont' t forget to take slippers for the shower. Nice and safe area, near People's Square. - 3 minutes from the Metro. - Good breakfast, options also for vegans : fruits, vegetables, rice - Late check-out available and I also leaved the luggage at the hotel for several hours.

Tried the room for 6 people: very large room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, kitchen with oven and microwave, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, two balcony, Nespresso coffe machine, Apartments share some facilities (gym and swimming pool) with the Portman Ritz hotel. Breakfast was included (you get vouchers): you can choose between a western restaurant (Baker & Spice) and asian restaurant (Saigon Mama). I normally prefer western breakfast... but the quality at "baker and spice" was not so good. Even the coffee was better at the asian restaurant! Go for it! Restaurants are downstairs and you need to exit the apartment building to reach them. Personnel was kind: they will replenish coffee, and other stuff if needed. Just ask. Suggestion: ad an option to have breakfast at the "Portman's" (the Ritz reasturant). I would pay an extra to have breakfast there! It could be possible since the property of Ritz and ServicedApartment is the same. 10 minutes walk to subway station (Line 2) 50-90 minutes drive from Pudong Airport (Taxi will take about 200-250Rmb) . Plan accordingly Room rate might look expensive, but you get a good value for the money (you are in Shanghai center after all)

Artistic loft-style apartments and studios offer separate living areas fitted with an iPod dock, flat-screen TV offering cable channels. Cooking facilities and a microwave oven are provided. Housekeeping service is included. Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and big,the beds are very comfortable, the view was lovely, the Breakfast was very good and plenty enough variations to chose from. The location was very near the subway and the Reception was very good. I liked everything and can gladly recomend it.

Location was also great, in a not very touristy area, but still near the bund (like 20min bike ride). Subway station was just a few minutes away.
