The staff was super helpful and could communicate in perfect English and even let us borrow an HDMI cable so we could set up our laptop to our tv in the room! The hotel in general was very fresh and modern and felt excellent for the family with its central location close to both food, shopping, sightseeing and more! It was a very calm and quiet neighbourhood aside from the Yoiyama during Gion Matsuri. The Kabin app you use to check in was super convenient and you could take free amenities 24/7 which was great!

Clean and comfortable room, largest we stayed in during our time in Japan. No staff on site but there are some lockers in the reception area you can use to store your luggage. A quiet spot but a short walk to multiple different train stations/lines as well as Shinsekai and Ebisu.

I was traveling with my parents and that room was perfect for them, while we could enjoy the typical tatami style beds. It was close to everything and we really loved our stay, would definitely come back and stay here again!
