This was a great surprise. Good one. The aparthotel is located 10 min walk from the beach. A bit steep, but easily doable. Our apartment was fantastic. Specious with all the possible Japanese mod coms. There was at least 5 heating setting at the bathroom including one for drying clothes. And the washing machine and a dishwasher were there too. Kitchen fully equipped. Washing and beauty products provided in excess. Basically you could live there as in your own home. Staff was very friendly. They serve breakfast ( extra charge) that looked very nice, but we were jet lagged so never tried them.

Hotel rightly next to metro station and easy access to Kyoto city centre. Quite neighbourhood. Numerous restaurants and amenities around. Spacious room which is good for family and allow cooking is point added. The baby cot provided by the hotel is fabulous. We enjoy our stay here and definitely will choose the same place if return to Kyoto.

The property offers soundproof units and is situated less than 1 km from Kanshizume of Wells. The property was lovely! The location is walking distance to many attractions and facilities, such as shopping areas, restaurants, stations and so on. The rooms were also very clean and had convenient utilities such as a washer and utensils. The balcony view was lovely at all hours of the day too! The coin lockers in the lobby/entrance area were very helpful too in handling my party’s luggages after check out. Also, even though there was no staff present, the check in/check out processes were easy to manage. Overall, a really nice location to stay at :)

The location is in a quiet area, just 700 meters from the train station, about 1.2 km from Osaka Station, and 600 meters from a supermarket. We also discovered a fantastic local restaurant and several convenience stores nearby. The apartment is decorated in a traditional Japanese style, very clean, and equipped with modern facilities—everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded to messages quickly and were very helpful throughout our visit. I truly appreciated the host’s kindness—he helped carry our two heaviest suitcases to the train station at 5 a.m. in 3-degree weather. I’m happy to recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Osaka with a great-value accommodation option.
