Breakfast, snacks and drinks provided were great. Great location, good view and walking distance to everything in the CBD of Frankston. Secure car park is convenient considering some of the "wildlife" in Frankston.

The location is perfect, it is near the shops and groceries. Easily accessible to the freeway. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host/s are accommodating and responds quickly. We would definitely book this property again in the future and we'd recommend this to our friends. If only we could stay there for longer. ;)

    Furniture old and stained an uncomfortable (cushions had no padding), Shower head broken so unable to have a shower, Blind in bedroom had light streaming through it all night, Pillows were flat, no table for outside chairs on balcony.

    We struggled a bit to find the keys initially but after which the check in was a breeze. The whole apartment was small and cosy but it has most things neatly planned out which is sufficient for our stay. Location is great as it is very near Bayside shopping mall and it means easy access to supermarket and food.

    It’s along a very convenient stretch with McDonald’s just opposite. There’s two restaurants right below the apartment. Host was amazing and friendly.

    Very spacious studio/apartment. Well equipped, comfortable bed and a good shower. A good bar and excellent coffee shop downstairs and a short walk to a supermarket/shopping centre, which was very convenient as we didn't have a car. The staff were very obliging and building security was good.

    we originally booked for a studio apartment but the staff were lovely to change us to a one bedroom apartment that had a washer and dryer since we were staying for 5 nights. The room was comfortable and clean.
