The manager Rza arranged for an airport transfer for us . We arrived at the apartment and met with the lovely Maya . She warmly greeted us and showed around the apartment. Rza and Maya were very prompt in communicating through WhatsApp. The apartment had a beautiful view of the city . Very clean and tidy with the mentioned amenities . Extremely easy to walk around and get to Nizam street , Fountain square and the Old town . Lots of restaurants , small supermarkets ,banks , bakeries near by . Exceptional location . We booked an extra night immediately and look forward to coming back on our return from the countryside .

Hungary
First of all, so that others don't do the same. In Baku, after about 20 kilometres of walking we wanted to book our accommodation, but it turned out that "The smell of the Caspian Sea Khtatai apartment by Bea", also advertised in Bauk, here on Booking, is a non-existent accommodation, nobody should book there, it looks nice in the pictures, it is a concerted rip-off. Being a seasoned traveller, I soon realised this and looked for other accommodation. I booked this property, the owner Turqay called me on Whatsapp, even though it was already afternoon, and of course we could go, but he asked for some time to clean up. We got there a little earlier than the time given, but while the apartment was being cleaned, we had a chat, an extremely sympathetic, nice man, apologised for the above, even though he had nothing to do with it. And then the apartment. Nicely renovated, at the end of the main local pedestrian street, good neighbourhood, shops, restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious, with a large air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, immaculately clean bathroom with large shower, shampoo and shower gel. Two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and comfortable double beds. In hindsight, I am glad that things worked out this way, we were able to stay in an extremely good accommodation, which I heartily recommend to everyone, and I am also happy to have met Turqay.
