It was a great experience staying in this hotel. The hotel provided complimentary pick up service. The staff services was too excellence and I liked one of the best staff Mr. Rafael who really helped a lot and he is very much professional, co-operative and super customer skilled. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by Mr. Rafael. Thank you very much Rafael and will be back soon… Keep it up…

A few staff members, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, genuinely tried to make up for the poor quality of the overall experience. Their efforts were appreciated, as they brought a small level of warmth and attentiveness to an otherwise disappointing stay. The soup served in the restaurant were also okay.

The tour guides in Baku are the first point of contact,...
The tour guides in Baku are the first point of contact, setting the tone for the country. I found some excellent guides, which made my stay amazing!
The airport is well-organized, the city and the rest of the country are clean, and Bolt taxis are reliable. However, the SIM card and data are quite expensive, and COP29 has caused hotel room prices to rise.
I wouldn't recommend taking the metro. There was no one at the station to help me buy a token or metro card, and the machines only had options in Azerbaijani, which made it difficult to figure out. I tried to purchase one, but the language barrier made it impossible to get help.
I love the Eurasian vibe here—everyone looks stunning. Though they don't smile much, I've gotten used to it.
Baku is a hilly city with cobblestone streets, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes when exploring.
You can buy wine at grocery stores and find souvenirs in the back alleys of the Old City.
I recommend visiting the museums, trying the local dine-ins, enjoying Baku at night, and checking out the coffee, tea shops, and restaurants.
It's a good idea to plan your itinerary based on the season so you won't be disappointed.

Baku is a small city but organized and have friendly people.
Baku is a small city but organized and have friendly people. With quite a number of shopping centers in every location. The old city is a must go for every tourist, such exciting historical features to see. A variety of foods ranging from continental to commonly known places; Mc Donald, KFC, burger king name it all. The transport system is efficient and easy to maneuver.

Nothing much to see in Baku biggest challenge is the Language. Locals only speak Azeri,Turkish or Russian No one here speaks English. Even the Hotel staff barely understands basic relevent words in English. Very small country so 1 week is enough for tourism

Baku is by far one of my favorite places to visit.
Baku is by far one of my favorite places to visit. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and is super clean and safe. The history and cultural richness was amazing and the food was excellent. English can be limited at times but do not let this dissuade you! The effort is worth it and people are very friendly.

Baku is an excellent city and well worth 2/3 days.
Baku is an excellent city and well worth 2/3 days. One day spent on a tour doing Gobaston etc. The other trips o would suggest you feast h carefully. It takes hours to get there and i wasn’t impressed with the d persians. I cancelled all my trips throughout the country and just spent a week chilling in Baku. Probably too long but Baku has nice restaurants. Never done that before usually i like to explore but the places just didn’t interest me

Excellent hotel. Great service
The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people at the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and check-out, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great for money - close to Old City by ride if it`s not rush hour. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I`m back to Baku.
This hotel was even better than what seems to be on Booking. Staff was very welcoming, services were amazing and the position is perfect, very close to the Old City and also close to the Promenade that makes the perfect spot to visit Baku both for pleasure or work. The rooms are clean, fully equipped and the laundry service is formidable. Highly recommended! I will surely turn back soon.
The hotel is close to Baku Eye and just outside the city centre. So very quiet and away from the noise of city centre. Very clean. The staff are very coperative and speak English. Anaar, one the staff members was very helpful and helped get Local phone SIM for me, so that I can use Bolt and other apps. Thank You.
Hotels location is great, view from room also great (sea view). Breakfast has big choice and high quality. Opposite of hotel big shopping mall with all needed. Baku old city is just 10-20 minutes walk from hotel.
