A little far from town, about a 20 minute walk away but no complaints about the room, the cleanliness and the check in process. It's a modern room with a great shower and very comfortable beds and quiet a/c plus the wifi worked well. The guy who met us at the property was very helpful and explained everything to us and brought us some chairs to sit outside. Be aware that the directions on Google maps imply that you have to take a long way around to get there but it's right on the main road although there is a gate that might be locked that provides entry.

It's close to the beach, about a 20 min walk and 10 mins to the town of Ayampe and it's on the main road so easy for Catching buses. The room was large and we had access to the kitchen and it was very quiet.
