Almost everything,, there weren't any comment to leave for any as everything was as promised to be from Mr. Amgad,,, Literally he is a man of his word, very helpful, very elegant personand the place itself was very clean, tidy and has everything you could ever need and even more. The pool in Murrano is a very massive one that everyone can enjoy, the beach is great to as it is pretty rare to find a sandy beach in Sokhna... We enjoyed the stay and it really won't be the last time to go there,,, Thanks Mr. Amgad for everything and shall we repeat that stay soon.

We were very happy with the stay. The village has many swimming pools for children and adults and it is clean.. The view was very good as you can see the pool and then the sea from the balcony. We enjoyed the sea, it is sandy, but you have to wear “Beach shoes” as there are some rocks, not as much as the rest of Sokhna beaches. Also there are free play areas for kids behind you. On the village gate there is a pharmacy, fish restaurant and a small grocery store if you need a quick service. But on the Sukhna road, you may found many fish restaurants & hypermarkets. You can move around by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Chalet was very clean, It consists of two bedrooms (3 beds) with air conditioning, bathroom, dining room, living room wz TV, and a kitchen equipped with clean cooking utensils and tools. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Mustafa, the owner of the chalet, for his follow-up from the beginning of the reservation until arrival, facilitating all procedures and quick response when needed, even though he was not in the village. The handling was done by Mr. Ibrahim, he is a respectable person highly appreciated.

Poor Service and Disappointing Stay I booked this accommodation through Booking.com expecting a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The service from staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The facilities were not as described in the listing. Cleanliness and upkeep were below acceptable standards. I raised my concerns during my stay, but the responses were dismissive and no real effort was made to address the problems. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.
