Poor Service and Disappointing Stay I booked this accommodation through Booking.com expecting a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The service from staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The facilities were not as described in the listing. Cleanliness and upkeep were below acceptable standards. I raised my concerns during my stay, but the responses were dismissive and no real effort was made to address the problems. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.
