We booked this apartment last-minute on a Sunday, and the team went above and beyond! Carmen was incredibly responsive, answering all our calls and arranging a convenient time to meet. Elizabeth was a delight, handing over the keys and sharing fantastic local recommendations. The apartment had everything we needed—elevator, washing machine, and a fantastic terrace our family loved. The kids were thrilled with the bathtub, a rare treat in a country with mostly showers. The location was perfect—steps from the water park and ocean, with amazing coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Just a 15-minute drive from downtown, it offered the ideal mix of beach and city vibes. Highly recommend this place for a seamless and memorable stay!

Location was close enough to everything, but not right in the middle of things which made it quiet for sleeping. 20 minute walk from train & bus station. Host was very informative with sites around town.
