The apartments are new, beautifully designed in an old convent. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay! The location is excellent for getting around Seville. The service is both attentive and super friendly. both Julian and Froy made us feel very much at home and welcome from the moment we checked in. There are modern laundry facilities and a beautifully designed lounge on the first floor as well as a rooftop with amazing views where one can sit or swim.

The hotel is in a wonderful, quiet yet central location. I was impressed that the hotel uses Clarins products in the rooms — the shampoo and conditioner were excellent. The water pressure was incredible, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I really enjoyed the shower, although some water leaked out under the walls, but that’s more of a problem for housekeeping. There was also a washing machine in the room.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The suite was very large and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed. It is in a great location for walking. Communication for reservations was wonderful, they were able to answer all my questions through email. The rooftop was such a joy to have. We spent several hours up there just enjoying with wine and snacks. Thank you for a grand experience. Also we were able to drop our luggage at the Madrid Hotel next to the apartment which was great since we arrived early! Was a wonderful local Seville experience

    Small self-cater studio flat over looking a courtyard. Good location to the north of the centre -a 5 minute walk to El Corte Ingles and 25mins from the main tourist area (Alcazar & Cathedral). Also near the river. Had the feel of a quiet neighbourhood with a few nice tapas bars a couple of streets away and narrow streets to explore. I would stay in this area again. Apartment was open plan, and modern-feel. Good shower.

    Lovely clean modern apartment. with all facilities to cook and store food if self catering. anything else we needed - more toilet roll, plastic cups for beside the pool and a corkscrew - reception supplied us. location super close to plaza alameda and also las Setas. beautiful bathrooms and great showers. sofa bed in lounge was very easy to use. entrance electronic key or key code also very easy to use. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

    Clean comfortable studio apartment. Has everything you need for a short stay (washing machine was a bonus). Good location close to bus station and supermarket and easy walk to the main sites. There are some good bars and restaurants in the couple of blocks between the apartment and the main tourist area. No reception on site but excellent communication re: self check in.

    Ideal location in Old Town for sightseeing. Well-provisioned Carrefour store within less than five minute walk. Taxi rank nearby for transport to local sights, airport and railway station. Ground floor holiday apartments are not easy to find in any city and this was excellent for us. This studio apartment had all appropriate facilities and air condition was a blessing. The whole apartment block is of high specification and, considering the number of apartments there are in the building, it is very quiet at night and most times of the day.
