The location, the junior suite (although they did try to put us in a different room at the start which did not match the photos and while they eventually after we asked to be moved able to put us in the room type we booked it was on the 1st floor so noisier on weekend nights). The rooftop bar has incredible views and we loved the breakfast - it was amazing and in a beautiful indoor area of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the bell staff were also amazing. Location was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Monumental sites are just a short easy walk away so made for an easy stay. The Hotel is lovely and modern and the rooms are very well equipped and spacious.

The staff, cleanliness including location were superb!! I can’t wait to come back to this hotel!!! I travel multiple times a month for leisure and work throughout Europe, North and South America and Asia, and this hotel was by far the best (for the reasons mentioned above) that I’ve stayed at in many years! This is a charming hotel located in a very central location, 14 mins walking to the Real Alcazar. The room was very well renovated, shower pressure was good, and pillows comfortable. The staff were super friendly and were able to give us a room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The breakfast was excellent - with a ton of variety, both hot and cold. The hotel was also really easy to reach using the EA airport bus. Highly recommend this place and I'll definitely want to stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable. We lived on the top floor, the shower and water pressure were perfect. The air-conditioning was very effective - we needed it for the heat. The kind staff left a little bouquet in the room. Receptionists from 7am to 11pm.

Everything was great, location, facilities and the view was amazing; staff very polite and helpful.

Mostly everything, very nice and clean rooms, wonderful staff in the reception and in the breakfast buffet, veey comfortable bed, i like the small lounge mext to the entrance.
