Well-deserving of its marvellous reviews. Without repeating too much of what others have said, the accommodation was absolutely stellar and well-priced for London. We're usually in London a few times a year and we tend to stay at a different place each time, but this is in all likelihood the first one we'd be very happy to return to. Betsy (the landlady/host) has done a marvellous job with the accommodation and made it a pleasant, fun, and very enjoyable setting. The Danes would charmingly call it "hygge". It's clean, tranquil, relatively modern, and the artworks, decorations, and books are a delight to look at. Questions, concerns, and general dialogue was perfectly friendly, helpful, and responsive. There is a home 7.4kW EV charger and spacious off-street parking, which is magnificently convenient and a huge plus. All-in-all, we wish we could've stayed longer but it was just a short trip. Thanks again!

Our flight arrived early but the hosts were kind enough to let us check in early. The apartment is large with everything you need and plenty of parking. At the end of the street is the River Thames, the train station and Hampton Court. everything is very pretty. Across the street is Henrys for breakfast and next door is the Prince of Wales pub, where we got the best fish and chips I have ever had!! And we also had a superb curry at Vai's. Kingston is a great place to shop especially as it is a Pedestrian shopping area. We did take the train into London, but I found everything I needed was in Kingston and the Thames being right there was a huge plus/ I loved the area, and the apartment. Betsey was superb which really added to the excellence of the stay. I would urge anyone thinking of where to stay, to book here, you rally could not do better anywhere in the south of England. Unforgettably good.

just really well kept, nice place - super clean, well equipped (apart from there not being a hair drier). a wonderful patio at the entrance - small but perfect to sit out at.
