Such a nice and spacious place right on Lapad beach! Building is equipped with everything - markets, souvenir, caffe, cinema, restaurants etc! Ladies who are working for property are also very welcoming and friendly! Along side with cleaning ladies. Parking was great - garage!

Everything was perfect. We are a family of three with a dog. The apartment was a great size and space for us. Our host, Iva, met us by waiting along the side of the road so that she could show us exactly where to park. A parking space is included with this unit, which was perfect for us as we came by personal auto. She then helped us carry our belongings down the stairs to the apartment. The apartment has one queen bed in the main bedroom, and in the living room/kitchen area there is a dining table as well as a couch that can be converted into another bed. This was a great place for us to bring our dog along. He especially loved the place and was very comfortable. As with most places in Dubrovnik, guests who want to visit the old town will need to walk quite a long distance, and going back to the place includes mostly uphill climbs with stairs and upward slopes. As it was very hot during our stay, we definitely got our steps in and were very appreciative of the comfortable beds and air conditioner supplied by the apartment. Iva is a very kind person and she lives next door to the apartment, and was available if we needed anything. If we return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely look for this place to be available!

Amazing stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment was charming, spotless, and perfectly located—just steps away from the famous Game of Thrones stairs and right in the heart of the Old Town. Incredible stay- give my highest recommendation. Location is perfect. You're a quick Uber ride to the old city and also within walking distance to shops/restaurants and the beach. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't change a thing.- it's nice to be close to the Old City, but also nice to then get away from tourists and relax. Parking is easy, designated spot right at base of the flat. Flat was spacious for a family of 4, nice patio to enjoy some sun, and very clean. Here's the best part, the host is a beautiful person! Paulina is very knowledgeable and helped ensure we picked the best restaurants, beaches and also gave us valuable suggestions for Montenegro and northern Croatia. She truly cares for you to have a beautiful holiday. This is where you want to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. The location was excellent – very convenient for transportation and close to everything I needed. The neighborhood had great access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring the city easy and stress-free. Most of all, the host was incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness made my stay even more memorable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and local tips. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

    Every was brilliant! The flat is gorgeous and so spacious. Best rental property we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and comfortable with a great view balcony. It also smells amazing in the apartment. If you are looking for a luxury apartment this is a gem. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. Less than 10 mins walk to bars, restaurants and a great beach.

    The apartment is conveniently located outside a bus stop near hotel Porto and staycity. The studio is nicely furnished, modern bathroom with the addition of a smart tv, nice balcony (although the view is of the opposite hotel). Perfect for a short stay and a 5 min Uber away from the old town and <5 mins to the ferry port.

    We stayed in a Superior Studio and it was beautiful, spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The location was perfect in the Old Town. We were given excellent instructions on how to get to there. It was no trouble to find just off the main Stradun, with an easy flat walk from Pile Gate. It was very handy having a full laundry on the ground floor for free guest use. We met the House Manager,Jelena, who was so lovely and helpful. We really loved our stay. Thank you so much to the SUNce Palace Apartments team.

    This is a great little studio apartment located in one of the narrow alleyways off of the Stradun (main street) in the old town. It had everything I needed for a great short stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable (I almost wished I stayed here a few more nights just for the bed alone even though I enjoyed my other accommodation in Dubrovnik just as much). I didn't meet my host but we were in touch the whole time through whatsapp and she made sure I had everything I needed to check in and out for my short stay. :)

    The location of this studio apartment is very close to the old town of Dubrovnik. Generally clean and tidy self catering studio. We asked if it was possible to leave our luggage before the check-in time, and that was fine, so that was also nice because we could use the time to sightsee. Wonderful stay, we felt like home.

    We had a fantastic, short stay at MirO studios. The location is perfect for exploring the old city from the Pile Gate side. Getting there with luggage was very convenient as we didn't have to walk too far from the taxi drop off. The ladies who greeted us were so friendly! The apartment was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this spot for your stay.

    Bozo is an excellent host. The apartment is located in the center of the Old Town, just a few steps from Stradun. It is not necessary to climb the stone steps of the streets of Dubrovnik to get to the apartment. Studio is equipped with everything you might need for a short stay
