If you’re coming from the highlands, like we were, these tiny homes were in the perfect location. Check-in was a breeze and there are washers & dryers on site if you need to do laundry. It’s close enough to Vik & Kirkjubæjarklaustur that you can make it a home base for exploring several of the major south coast sites (though in hindsight Kirkjubæjarklaustur is closer if you’re just looking for dinner like we were). Don’t be put off by the couch bed. It was the most comfortable sleep ever!

    Very clean apartment, the most clean we have seen in Iceland. The apartment was really pretty, and had a nice view. It had everything that we needed and more. The beds were really nice.

    love the clean , modern apartment. love the surroundings, peaceful and quiet , nice lake view behind the apartment. The location does not show up in the map but the host provided detailed instruction on how to locate the place. The drive in is pretty long , 20-25 min, just drive up the end & it will appear.

    The kitchen didn't have a lot but it had everything one might need to make a quick easy meal. The studio was spacious. If you want to get away into a remote location these apartments are for you. Super quiet and restful.
