It is located at nice spot not too far from train station and convenient store. Have a lot facilities and feel like stay at home , we really love this place very much, we can cook , do laundry and have a very comfort stay, the staff that i met in the morning was very helpful . Thanks a lot ^_^

The location was excellent. The accommodations were comfortable and roomy. Everything we needed for our stay was readily available and we'll stocked. The beds were comfy and clean. The outside onsen was a big amenity. It took some doing to get the temperature just right as the natural spring water temperature was intolerable. Extremely hot. After we found a way to get it down to a safe temperature, it was wonderful. Having an open air onsen is priceless.

The apartment is spacious! For folks not from Japan, it is sometimes hard to tell the difference between an Onsen (hot spring) and a hot bathtub. But the onsen here is REAL! They put the certificates on the wall so you can check the quality of its onsen. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't get a chance to use the kitchen and washing machine. But everything else is great! Bonus - it is super close to the Kirin Lake! Just 3 minutes walk. It is in a tranquil area where you don't need to see all those crowds on the street.

The room 203 was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a dining room and inside and outside private onsen. The room plan was like an old ryokan with alll facilities you need. The private onsens were clean and big enough for 2-3 people. Some dust on the lamps and windows, but it wasn't a big deal. Kinrin Lake was beautiful when there were no people in the morning. Walking along the waterway in Yufuin in the monring was enjoyable.
