Spacious room with private hot bath facilities. Dinner and breakfast are delicious and serve in private dinning room. Few staffs can speak Cantonese. Roy at the dinner serve us with great hospitality and is very professional. Compliment should be given to Roy. Location is walkable distance to the main shopping street.

Staff is really nice. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. The onsen experience was really amazing. They provided all the amenities and the space was very clean. The room is spacious with the garden view. Breakfast is also really good we can tell that they selected the best ingredients. The price is high but compared to the value given, it’s worth it! I would recommend anyone who wants to spend a night in Yufuin to stay at Hananomai.

In room onsen, our family loved the traditional tatami style bedroom, it was very cosy. Onsen at the back was small but enough for our family of four. Location was very convenient, 5 minutes walk to floral street.

even though it’s a traditional japanese building style, it’s super super clean, you cant even find a piece of dust!! the bathroom is so nice too, with full of amenities, the staff is super friendly and helpful even when i cant speak japanese.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and it’s perfect for family with children. We stayed in Tsubaki room at the first floor so it was very easy for us to move around to the public bath as well as to load our luggages in the car, which is parked right in front of the main entrance. The location is near to the center of Yufuin tourist attractions, and is easily accessible if you’re driving. (You’ll need to sort of walk up the slope if you’re not driving.)
Overall we are very happy with our stay here! ❤️❤️❤️
