Excellent old-world Mexican style villa right in the centre of the Romantic Zone, within steps of the beach. Wonderful staff, a great little pool and all the amenities of an apartment. We had a wonderful experience the entire time.

The unit, inside, was as advertised. Comfortable beds, a nice sofa and dining room table. There was a good kitchen with oven, stove top and a refrigerator. All the things we needed to cook were on hand. The two bedrooms had lots of storage. Air conditioning worked perfectly in each room. The pool area was great with lots of chairs, loungers and some tables. The pool seldom had many people in it. The complex was quiet and gated, with a person always on duty at the gate. It was a ten minute walk to the large Sorianas grocery store, much like a super Walmart with groceries, clothing, electronics, and anything else you need. Bus stop was a couple of minutes away and there were always taxis or Ubers around.

This property has EVERYTHING! If this is available for your dates do not hesitate and book it! You will not be disappointed! It is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable bed, good wifi, well laid out. Our family that were in PV for the winter were jealous of what we booked when they saw it! The decor is tasteful and stylish. The owner has put a lot of thought into making your stay stress free by thinking of all the little details for you….spices and condiments are already there! There was even beer and wine in the fridge when we arrived with a little note to replace for the next tenant! Brilliant! We loved watching cruise ships pull in and out of port from the rooftop pool. We even spotted whales playing in the bay from there. The owner sends an easy to use electronic guide with drop down menus and helpful links. Response time for any questions we had was within seconds! Amazing! The property is easy to find and checkin was exactly as described in the confirmation package.Just a block off the main highway with a Chedraui grocery store across the road. After a long flight it is a pleasure to just have a 15 min drive (or less) to this fabulous condo.

    Good location in the Zona Romantica. It is up on a hill in a safe neighborhood with mostly locals. There is a supermarket around the corner and small food stands around. Close to many restaurants, bars and the beach. The studio is clean, big enough for 2 people and has functional and new equipments (flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, washing machine). Maricel is a nice and helpful host, very responsive.

    On arrival my host offered me a $30/night upgrade to a beautiful condo on the beach overlooking the water. It was a full apartment, with a beautiful balcony and in the midst of a large, gorgeous complex with multiple pools and a great beach.
